A space to feel
truly seen
Sometimes we all need a place to lay out the pieces of our story and make sense of how they fit together. You don't have to carry the weight alone.

I take a holistic, person-centred approach, drawing from trauma-informed therapies and my background in yoga to help you reconnect with your body and emotions.
My hope is that you feel empowered to live a meaningful life, one that feels aligned and true to you. I believe change begins the moment we feel heard and understood.
I draw from several evidence-based modalities, tailoring my approach to what you need. Growth often means letting go of patterns that no longer serve you — I'm here to support you through that process.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps your brain process traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge so they no longer control your present.
Internal Family Systems and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy work with your inner parts and emotions to heal old wounds and build self-compassion.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy builds psychological flexibility, while Polyvagal-informed work helps you understand and regulate your nervous system responses.
Whether you're processing past experiences, navigating relationship challenges, or working to build a stronger sense of self, I can help.
You are the expert of your own experiences. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover insight and navigate what comes next.
I believe therapy works best when it's built on genuine connection and mutual respect. You set the pace, and together we find what helps you move forward.

Therapy isn't just for people in crisis. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who want to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, or work through something that's been holding them back. If you're curious about therapy, that's usually a good sign it could help.
I offer direct billing for most Sun Life plans. For all other insurance providers, I provide receipts you can submit for reimbursement. Most extended health plans cover sessions with a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I recommend checking with your provider about your specific coverage before booking.
I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we can discuss options.
The first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to achieve, and any questions you have. It's also a chance for you to see if working together feels like the right fit.
Most clients start with weekly sessions, then move to bi-weekly or monthly as things progress. We'll find a rhythm that works for your goals, schedule, and budget.
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person, and many clients appreciate the flexibility. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, privacy-compliant video platform in accordance with Alberta's Health Information Act.
That's completely normal. You're welcome to reach out with questions first, or we can have a brief introductory call so you can see if it feels like the right fit. There's no pressure either way.
Feel free to reach out. I'm happy to answer any questions before you book.
